If this stone could gave a slogan it would be 'Seize the day!', it helps us to be present in the now, put the past to rest, clear all that negativity that can linger and just live for each day.  

On a physical level Unakite is said to support the reproductive system, aiding in fertility and pregnancy. Additionally, it may help regulate metabolism, making it beneficial for those looking to manage their weight, or survive menopause.   

Although you may see this listed as a Jasper it is actually a form of Granite with Epidote (green) and pink orthoclase feldspar (pinky red) inclusions, sometimes you will also get clear quartz too.  You get all the benefit of these stones too, it's a real pocket rocket!
