Returns & Refunds policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. They must then be received by us within 16 days from the confirmation by us of your request.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, you do not need to provide a reason.

We will reimburse you for the items returned no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Our postage costs are not refunded except in the case that we made an error and the full order is being returned.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were delivered in the last 14 days

  • The goods are undamaged and in the original packaging, or in packaging suitable to protect the item during transit

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Upon notifying us by email of your intention to return items to us we will supply you with an address for the purpose of the return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Replacement Goods

If you wish to order a replacement item this must be done as a new order via the website, if this was a result of our error and you have not already been refunded for the initial postage your delivery charge will be waived by way of a code for free delivery.

Faulty Goods

If an item that is mechanical or electrical is faulty please contact us for further details, please note we will only offer a replacement after 30 days from receipt. We will cover the cost of postage, items will be inspected on return. If any item is deemed to be faulty due to abuse/misuse, or damaged i transit to us due to poor packaging, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund amount to reflect the current item value.

Purchased at an event?

Distance selling regulations do not apply for items purchased in person so you are unable to return anything unless it is faulty. If you have purchased something mechanical or electrical that you believe is faulty please contact us on the below email address.
